The Legacy Homes team will make the process transparent from start to finish. The only stress you'll have is deciding on what to customize in the Design Studio. We strive to work seamlessly within your schedule, will coordinate your financing, and oversee construction along the way.
When building a new home it's important to know what financing amount you qualify for. If you don't have financing in place, our preferred lenders are happy to help you. You should also know what features you really want in your new home. For example, how many bedrooms and bathrooms do you need?
Our team will provide an in depth look at all of the costs and expenses associated with your new home. We offer flexible financing options and a fully automated approval process through our approved lenders at Frontier Bank, Farm Bureau Financial Services, American National Bank, and First Westroads Bank. Less paperwork allows us to get to the exciting part-moving into your dream home.
The Legacy Homes team will help you draft a financial plan for the entire design and build process, to understand costs. We will break the budget into two categories: hard costs and soft costs. Hard costs include such things as labor and materials. Soft costs include everything else. Our team will be with you every step of the way and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
As a first time buyer, buying a new home can be overwhelming. Legacy Homes makes it easy by walking you through financing options and takes the time to introduce you to the communities we build in, so you can find a lot in a location you love and a plan that suits your needs.
At Legacy Homes, we've developed a streamlined approach that can save you time and money. We’ve cut long approval times by integrating select lenders directly into our process. Everything is fully-automated, so decisions on the size of home you qualify for can be made more quickly.
At Legacy Homes you can personalize a space that inspires you. Where most builders make you conform to a standard floor plan, we are much more flexible. With Legacy, you pick the fixtures and finishes at our Design Studio.
